EDI commissioned by Exeter Golf & Country Club to produce a safety audit of their 10th and 18th holes in response to the nearby building plot establishing their homes on the corner of a potential safety conflict.

Russell Mayne, former GM, invited EDI to visit and produce a report on whether golf was sustainable to the back 9 in light of the new housing development forming.
